SPECIFICATIONS

STRUCTURE

RCC Framed Structure with isolated and combined column footings. The Structure is designed for Stilt plus three floors.

SUPER STRUCTURE

Super Structure shall be with brick work outer walls shall be 9" inch thickness and inner partition wall shall be 4.5" inch thickness with smooth plaster finish.

FLOORINGS

2X2 Vitrified Tiles and Glazed tiles for kitchen and Toilet Areas. Glazed tiles up to 7'00"ft height in Toilets, 7' Height in Pooja room.

JOINERIES

Main Door will be Gana Teak wood frame & Shutters with brass fittings and cylindrical lock. The inner doors with Gana Teak wood frame and flush Doors. UPVC Windows with Grills will be provided. Louvered Ventilators with MS Grills will be provided for Toilets.

KITCHEN

Granite platform with stainless steel sink and of Glazed tiles up to 4.5' above the cooking platform.

SANITARY ITEMS

Concealed PVC Pipes of ISI Certified brand for water line arrangements. Ore well water supply for all toilets, Utility, Floor mount EWC closet and Wash basin of white colour of make parry ware.

PLUMBING FITTINGS

All taps are ISI certified brand. Common underground sump and overhead tank of suitable capacity for Bore well Water.

ELECTRICAL PROVISIONS

Concealed wiring using PVC conduits, recessed boards with Modular switches and three phase power.

INTERCOM

Provision for computer points in all bedrooms.

SWITCHES & WIRES

Kundan wires and Switches.

PAINTING

INTERNAL - Two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over a base coat of primer. EXTERNAL - Premium quality texture painting. STAIRCASE - Rise and tread with Marble/Granite.
